Better sleep for your baby or toddler – and for you.

When sleep feels confusing and exhausting:
finally – an approach that makes sense of the whole picture.

Why Work With Me

You’ll understand the “why” behind your child’s sleep – so you can stop guessing

An integrated approach that connects body, emotions, perspective, and practical steps – creating lasting change

Professional support with warmth and presence – you’re seen, not just instructed

You’re in the right place

Sleep feels harder than you expected, even confusing or overwhelming. You’re ready to understand what’s truly happening and how to move forward calmly.

You want guidance that actually makes sense – not more advice – just clarity and structure that feels safe and grounded. You’re looking for an approach that works with your child’s biology, not against it.

Right now confidence and connection feel out of reach with your child, your partner, and yourself. You’re ready for more calm, more teamwork, and a lighter rhythm at home.

What I Do Differently

Integrated approach

My work integrates body, emotions, mindset, perspective, and practical steps. Parents don’t just learn what to do – they understand why it works and how to apply it in real life.

Clear steps, no pressure

Instead of constant experimenting or rigid methods, I offer clear, biology-based, step- by-step guidance that is realistic and doable. Parents know what to focus on, without pressure, guilt, or overwhelm.

Human guidance you can trust

I combine professional expertise with warmth, humor, and presence. Parents feel seen, understood, and supported by a real person, not judged, rushed, or left alone with information.

Why does sleep feel
so difficult?

Has your child never really slept well, and do you find yourself wondering why – and how it will ever get better?

Does it feel like a huge respon- sibility rests on you, with constant worry as a loving parent who only wants the best for their child?

Has your sense of what a normal, healthy approach to sleep might be very unclear, because every source seems to say something different?

Does exhaustion weigh on you and intensify the fear that you might be doing something wrong?

Do you know in your heart that if sleep finally improved, everything in your family life would be easier and more enjoyable?

Are you overwhelmed by information, where choosing between countless recommended techniques feels like an experiment you don’t want to put your baby or toddler through?

What you’re longing for:

You want your child to fall asleep calmly and rest better through the night.

You want to feel safe and confident, knowing you are doing what truly supports your toddler’s development.

You want to understand what your baby really needs and why certain approaches work.

You want more energy, steadier nerves, and greater ease in everyday life.

You want to trust yourself as a mother or father and enjoy being a parent again.

You want more connection, calm, and a sense of balance within your family.

About me

I’m Heidi – Austrian-American, pediatric nurse, lactation consultant (IBCLC), and sleep consultant.

For the past eight years, I’ve worked as a maternity nurse and nanny in private households internationally, accompanying families from birth through the early years. Before that, I spent more than a decade in pediatric nursing and family consulting.

Over the years, I’ve cared for babies and young children through countless nights – in hospitals and in family homes – and learned firsthand how intense and exhausting the early months and years can be. I know what 3am feels like: the quiet, the responsibility, the deep tiredness, and the need to stay steady when you still have to function the next day.

I believe that when parents feel supported, informed, and calm, everything shifts. A truly good start shapes not only sleep, but the entire foundation of family life – and that belief is what led me to create The Integrated Sleep program.

What Parents say

“Heidi has made all the difference during my initiation to fatherhood. Every time my wife and I are on the brink of uncertainty, Heidi is the first person we reach out to. She always takes time to listen, reassure us, and provide great options based on her amazing knowledge and lifetime of experience. With all the conflicting information and different approaches out there, it can be very difficult for new parents to untangle it all. Heidi has been exceptional in helping us find the right path in our new family’s journey.”

“Our little one arrived early and we didn’t feel ready to leave hospital without support. That’s when we found Heidi, who turned out to be a godsend. In those first few days at home we were feeling very vulnerable, and her expertise and kindness was just what we needed. It is obvious that she has a deep-rooted love and interest for babies and their upbringing. We felt safe to ask all the stupid questions.”

“My son Laurenz and I came to Heidi for sleep support. He’s sleeping so much better now, and I feel much more relaxed and clear when it comes to sleep. I felt so well looked after. Above all, your incredibly warm and appreciative way really did me good. Thank you for the extra dose of calm you gave me around sleep — and for the warmhearted support.”

Birgit & Laurenz

“In my first conversation with Heidi, I told her my story and was immediately overwhelmed by my own feelings. And that’s exactly what helped — she gave me back the view of the bigger picture that I had lost. I was stuck in my own hamster wheel and had forgotten to stop and just breathe. Of course children sense when their mother is stressed or overwhelmed, and they mirror it back. The change in my little one was simply wonderful — from daily crying and tears to a smile. Heidi gave me a new perspective that I can use not just with my family, but in many situations in life.”

Sabrina Gruber,

mother of two boys

“Heidi simply managed, with her incredibly positive nature and her broad knowledge, to help our daughter sleep through the night — and nap for 1–2 hours during the day again. We all feel so much better. She also supported us with weaning, which we probably never would have managed so well on our own. We can warmly recommend Heidi to any family.”
